Accounts become locked due to failed attempts at entering a correct password.
As part of the security features on ParaLottery, if you attempt to log-in 5 times and are unsuccessful, your account becomes 'locked' and needs to be manually reset by the Customer Support team.
For security reasons, we will need you to please email the following personal details in order for us to reset your account password. Email us at email@example.com, we will then reply with the next steps. Please include:
- Your registered email address,
- your date of birth,
- and your postcode/ postal address.
Log-in problems can be related to your browser 'auto-filling' old passwords or email addresses - this is quite common. Also please note passwords are case sensitive so if using a mobile device ensure it is not capitalising the first character.
